a senior session; gal.
my senior gals. you make me love love love what i do. you make my heart sing before, during and after your sessions. you make me feel like a rockstar.
what to wear: first pull out your absolute, all time favorite outfits. the ones you feel the best in. the ones you love wearing. all of them. our goal is to narrow to 3-5 outfits. go through and pick a fun loving everyday i never want to get rid of this outfit. pick an everyday, this is what i wear to school outfit. grab your favorite dressy outfit.
{side note: i highly discourage you from buying something brand new for your senior session. why, because you already have things that you love. don't buy something you think you'd want your photo in, yet you've never worn it. now, if you want to purchases some accessories to add to any outfit go for it.}
location: i want you to consider a place that means something to you. i want to find a spot in 15 years you'll be married and bring your little girl or your son to and say "i took my senior photos here". you'll for a moment think back to who you were then and how you felt that day. you'll smile at the memory.
props: you have to think about if you want props in some shots. props can help tell your story. is it your car, a favorite book, where you send all your time. next you'll see how props can be used to show who you are your senior year.
these are just a few things to think about when planning for your senior session. hair up and down. your favorite hat or sweatshirt. a pretty lip gloss for some photos then a popping lip stick for others, your natural makeup and then add a little extra eye liner. necklaces, bracelets, scarves, we'll go over all of this before your sessions. I love helping figure this all out with you.
