Scotty.

It feels like it was just yesterday when we were standing outside the hospital room waiting for you to arrive. It feels like I was just holding you in my arms wrapped in a hospital blanket on a cool April morning in the year 2002 . How are you a grown young man entering your senior year? For those that don’t know this is my nephew Scotty. He attends Canal Winchester High School, where he runs cross country, plays the trumpet in the marching band and is wicked smart. He look so much like my dad did in high school it’s scary. He and Gracie both have all the “Emerson traits” the freckles, the pale complexion, the dark hair, the nose and the smile. They favor one another so much they look more like siblings than cousins. I can’t wait to see where and what he does. He has such a kind spirit. He’s thinking about OSU for psychology but still deciding. Have a great senior year buddy, Aunt Terri loves you and is so proud of you. Can’t wait for you to come visit us in on Cape.
